About the event
Mark your calendars and bring your family and friends along for an enriching and interactive experience. Together we will explore the "Zones of Wellness" and celebrate mental health and well-being in our community.
The event will offer families hands-on activities to enhance wellness and mental health. Activities will include gardening, art and crafts, a drum circle, games, fitness activities and so much more. In addition, community partners will be present to offer their resources and services to the attendees.
This is a free community event.
